All orders must be placed through our [Order Inquiry Form] or by emailing orders.dulcewhisk@gmail.com.

A deposit is required to secure your date. Full payment is due before pickup or delivery.

Custom orders and party bundles require 7–10 days’ notice.

Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability and may include an added fee.

Pick-up is available upon request in Manassas, VA.

Delivery available:

$10 flat fee within 10 miles

$1 per additional mile

Party bundles include full setup at no extra charge

No-Shows & Missed Pickups
We understand that life happens — if you’re running late, just let us know! We’re happy to give grace when possible.
However, orders not picked up within the day and without communication will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.

Design Disclaimer
We’ll always do our best to match your inspiration — but please note that colors, textures, and decorative details may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our desserts and natural ingredients.

Storage & Transport
All desserts should be kept refrigerated until ready to serve. Once an order is picked up or delivered, Dulce & Whisk is not responsible for any damage due to improper storage or handling.

Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 5 days’ notice if you need to reschedule. New dates will be based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
