Hi, I’m Roxana — the whisk behind Dulce & Whisk.
Baking has been part of my life since I was young, when the kitchen became my favorite place to create, experiment, and show love through sweets. What started as a simple joy grew into a full-blown passion (and obsession) for flavor, presentation, and the little details that make a dessert unforgettable.

Every cupcake, flan, and cheesecake cup I make is rooted in love, nostalgia, and a sprinkle of flair. I believe desserts should be both beautiful and delicious — the kind of treat that makes you pause, smile, and go back for seconds.

Whether I’m piping a rose swirl or layering tres leches with fresh strawberry filling, I pour my heart into it all. And now, I get to share it with you.
